Diagnostic Data Streaming (DDS) System
Advanced Network Operations / Wireless Web Support
Decades of combined experience in Ambient Air Quality Monitoring (AQM) network operations and maintenance has lead to the development of the industries first remote diagnostic surveillance system. The system allows network operators, specifically field technicians, to monitor and trend all continuous analyzer, meteorological, and enclosure parameters on an automatic, exception based interface. Intelligent in nature, the system continually evaluates all diagnostic parameters for abnormal operation based on user defined criteria, and then pushes alert messaging via SMTP, SMS or other available services. This significant advance in technology now allows AQM networks to operate proactively detecting problems before they occur. Here are just some of the system features:
- Remote Log/Trend/Alarm for:
- Continuous monitor internal diagnostics (Thermo, API, R&P, etc.)
- Pump vacuum/pressure
- Manfiold velocity
- Cylinder gas pressure
- Analyzer Performance Indicators
- Real Time AQM network control panel
- Limit & Anomaly tracking
- Preemptive fault detection
- SMS or SMTP notifications
- Support for field tech operations via Virtual Operator
- Web interface field service applications
- Nodal (Ethernet) connections to most AQM devices
- Interoperability (RS232/422 --> Ethernet)
- Low bandwidth utilization
